My novel was accepted for publication! I’m so excited! I’m proof that you can do anything you set your mind to. I’m 37 and just now am getting my first novel published. I never thought I’d be doing this. It’s amazing.

No, I didn’t get some big, fancy contract that includes a big advance. I’m working with a small publisher that is helping me publish. Yes, I’m paying for their services. However, it’s all 100% author centered and they will be able to do everything for me. Their marketing set up alone is worth what they charge. They didn’t automatically accept my manuscript, it had to be submitted to their review board first. Every time I’ve talked to the company they’ve been nothing but kind and up front. They answer all my questions honestly and their publication contract is incredibly thorough. I can’t wait to start working with them.

I’ve received a lot of support from friends and family. People have been so excited for me and telling me they are proud of me. It sincerely touches my heart.

I don’t want want any judgement for how I’m getting my book published. It’s getting published with every service I need and an incredible marketing set up. It’s going to be available online and in bookstores. I can’t wait to hold a physical copy in my hands.
